I am getting all red graph. My internet works decently so it has to do with the router configuration. I cannot the option to enable ping services in VM Hub3..... I will keep looking....and update the post

I am sorry but apparently the ICMP/ping cannot be monitored for this specific router. By running a test in the Virgin Media site, I get the following:

Network issue
There's a network issue which maybe affecting your broadband service

What does this mean?

  • This issue is caused by interference on the cabling coming into your home.
  • This will cause intermittent speeds and performance may vary.

I am sure that all the cabling getting to my home is properly installed; I have even checked the outside cabling and everything looks alright. No issues are identified in my area......

Try phoning 0800 561 0061, this will tell you of more local issues that may be affecting your district. Be aware that it isn't a manned line.

Thanks for the resource. I have just called and there are no issues in my area..... I have double-checked all the cables even in the outdoor of the house and there is no issue at all. Everything is plugged as it should be and no signs of water.... by running the test again:

Thanks for doing your in-home checks. Please pop back 24 hours after you've done these checks and if you're still experiencing intermittent blips on your service you'll be able to book an engineer appointment online.

I hope I can book an engineer soon.
