I am getting all red graph. My internet works decently so it has to do with the router configuration. I cannot the option to enable ping services in VM Hub3..... I will keep looking....and update the post
Thanks for the resource. I have just called and there are no issues in my area..... I have double-checked all the cables even in the outdoor of the house and there is no issue at all. Everything is plugged as it should be and no signs of water.... by running the test again:
