Right. Totally fed up now. I’ve been having Broadband Speed issues since upgrading to Max 350mbs speed. Not reached anything near to that - max 160mbs on a good day. Average 100’ish if I’m lucky. Correspondence since 18/11/20 has been really unhelpful. I’ve run diagnostics via the forum & my hub is working fine. Why can’t Virgin deliver the speed I’m paying a premium for. Had enough. Can anyone please help before I cancel my contract? Thanks.
