Speed Issues - Started on Friday

Hello! Hope everyone's managing with the lockdown as well as they can.

I'm signed up to a 70 mbp/s package which has been relatively good in my area, but since Friday I've been reaching highs of 2-5 mbp/s on wireless and at best a fluctuating 8 mbp/s with anything from a 200 kbps-1.5 mbps upload speed on a wired one. Virgin's status in my area also has no currently known issues and is supposedly fine.

The lag on my PS4 using wired is absolutely insane, so I fear there's something wrong with how stable the connection is as well as the speed of the broadband we are getting.

A couple of your downstream levels aren’t locked.

You’ll need an engineer potentially.

But first of all turn the hub off, make sure the coax cable is tight at both ends (unscrew, reseat and screw back if you wish) then boot the hub again and post the stats back here following this reboot.
