Some packet loss and Hub stats look iffy

Hi All,

I'm back, I have noticed my HUB 4 has got some interesting 3.1 Downstream channels would you say they are in tolerance as to me it looks insanely low out spec?

I'm not experiencing anything major except the odd VOIP call issue and it seems that my latency / ping is erratic for example sits at 12MS a lot of the time then other times goes right up to 22MS+

The results below are from my other ISP (BT) and ping is a lot better and consistent.

The downstream power of the 3.1 channel is being misdisplayed.

Your modem wouldn't even see it if it were arriving at -60 let alone be running at 4096 QAM on a >40 dB MER.

The upstream channel at 36.6 has dropped modulation to 32 QAM but is apparently stable. Low level narrow band noise triggering a drop in modulation.

The 3.1 upstream channel seems to be unable to hold a stable 128 QAM signal which is, frankly, crap.
