My hun has a solid red light but the internet seems to be working fine. My tv keeps flicking on and off quickly every minute or so. It isn’t the TV itself as I am able to watch apps via the TV and they are working fine.

Hi there @charliehale
Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you on the team.
I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with your Hub! Can I just check is the hub in an open and well ventilated area?
Are you able to perform a full factory reset? To do this push a pen etc into the rest hole and hold it in for 20 seconds. Does this change the light at all?
Thank you.

Yes it is in an open well ventilated area and doesn’t feel hot.
unfortunately the reset has not changed anything, it flashed red initially but is now solid red again.

Sounds like the Hub needs to be replaced as it looks like the overheat LED warning is faulty. VM should arrange this in due course.
