Slowest speed!!

Usually on average have around 100mbps but as of yesterday I've been struggling to even hit 2mbps!!!!! Have been on the phone to virgin and had no outcome or help as they think it's fine. Done all usual resets and still nothing. Pleeeeease help!

Sorry mate total newbie to this. It's all wireless speeds. My phone, ipads, xbox etc. Hope that helps

You need to speedtest when wired (and not via a console).

Wireless speeds and connectivity aren’t guaranteed

I'm doing speed tests via my phone (just some websites all showing its below 2mbps), the xbox is showing the same speed, and I can't even watch a video on amy device I've got mate.

The same answer given above applies.

You need to speedtest when wired (not wireless) and not via a console.

Per the second part of my second answer:

”Wireless speeds and connectivity aren’t guaranteed”

To ascertain that the hub is getting its full speeds you need to test with a wired connection.
