Slow wired connection speed

Good Evening,

I'm on the 350 package and I am only getting a wired speed of about 120mbps download.

Been reading lots of questions already asked on page and have went through all the processes to try and improve myself.

Checking my router status I believe there is an issue but not savy enough to understand the lingo.

I'm looking to book an engineer to come out and have a look at external cables as they look to be in acceptable condition but are exposed and not in brown protective box.

In meantime if someone wants a look at my router status info i will post

Your levels are all over the place.

You definitely need an engineer visit.

Will putting my router in to modem mode and using my own router help.. or because it’s connection going to hub that’s issue will it make no difference?

Yeah once Gary told me that’s what I need I was straight on the phone to you guys and managed to get an engineer out this morning who has rectified the issue. 

however, can I still use virgin media WiFi boosters now tht I have my own router set up?
