We recently got our Hub 3 and are meant to be getting a speed of around 100 however even with a few of Virgin's new boosters we are getting anything between 0 and 50 - usually around 30. I have tried all the usual, rebooting etc but no change. I have run a diagnostic test and each time it says 'your home network has a few problems'. Anyone got any ideas?
Speed doesn't actually seem that dreadful in reality and can usually cope with Zoom/Teams calls but can sometimes be intermittent and just stop working altogether.
Any help much appreciated!
