Slow upload speeds - unable to reach Virgin to cancel service

I am seeing exceptionally slow upload speeds which leaves me unable to work from home.

Instead of debating with Virgin how this can be fixed, I intend to just cancel my service.

However it seems you can't reach them via phone as their support team is not accepting any calls.

Is there an alternative way to reach Virgin (apart from writing an old fashioned letter) ?
