Myself and all of my neighbours (on virgin media) have been suffering from upload speeds between 0.1 and 0.5MB since 11th January between 9am and 6pm on weekdays. (Outside of core hours the performance is fine)
The issue stretches further than my road as there are now forums dedicated to this subject within the local community.
As you can imagine this makes it difficult to work from home and impossible to join Teams/zoom calls, I have resorted to driving to a 5G area and doing the calls from the car using my mobile hotspot.
Virgin do open a fault each day and then close it again each day at 6pm when traffic drops off.
I fully appreciate that demand is probably at a record high but we need to know if it can be fixed (and by when) or if we will need to put up with it until schools return.
If someone is able to confirm if there is a plan (or not) it would be hugely appreciated.
