Slow upload speeds, download working fine

Hello!

I have a M350 Fibre Broadband package. Every so often I've noticed that my upload speed drops significantly to very slow speeds (speed test websites report around 0.05Mbps to 0.30Mbps upload, even had a 0.00 once but not sure I believe that) however my download speed seems to be completely unimpacted, the majority of the time my download speed can exceed 350Mbps

I've created a thinkbroadband monitor this morning so it is still populating

My BQM

I've also tried restarting the router and resetting to factory default but neither seem to help

Some of the results from my router (Hub 3 in router mode) are in the posts below;

Re: Slow upload speeds, download working fine

Your upstream channels are out of spec:

Upstream bonded channels

Channel Frequency (Hz) Power (dBmV) Symbol Rate (ksps) Modulation Channel ID

1326000005.1512032 qam3
2258000005.1512032 qam4
3394000005.1512032 qam2
4462000005.1512032 qam1

The power levels, which are actually 51dBmV (Reported a decimal out) are high and your Modulation should be 64 qam on all channels.

You either have a local area or line issue that requires further investigation.
