Slow upload speed

Hi, Im currently getting a 0.2 upload speed but a full download speed. I have tried the pin hole reset on my home hub 3 with no effect aswell as try different cables etc. I have tried ringing but im on constant hold and have tried virgin connect app but nobody replies. As a teacher and having to teach from home on a 0.2 upload speed which lags.

Can you please do the following:

Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter. 

For Hub 2 & 3 When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.

For Hub 4 When the page appears LOG IN then Advanced Settings > Tools > Network Status.

Copy and paste the contents of the Downstream, Upstream, Configuration and Network Log tabs onto here, if you get a yellow warning just click the Post button again. Use one post for each item if needed.

Please do not use screen grabs.
