Slow upload speed

Like others here, I've been suffering with slow upload speeds during peak times over the past month. Currently on 100Mbps down (getting 110Mbps usually) and 10Mbps up (going as low as under 1Mbps during peak times, before 9am ok). It makes working from home with conference calling and screen sharing problematic. Customer services has been less than helpful unfortunately. I'm hoping somebody here will be able to help.

I have ran tests with no other devices connected, modem mode on and off, rebooted and factory reset the Superhub 3.

Logs as follows with upload speed currently at 1.86Mbps (tested via ethernet cable):

Re: Slow upload speed

Hello

Can you also post your downstream stats, there is nothing that shows any issues in your upstream, although the logs do show quite a high number of T3 timeouts.

Re: Slow upload speed

I'm the same, before 9am I'm 7 mbps instead of 32 mbps. I require more than 7 mbps as I upload steady at 5 - 6 mbps consistently. Same times as me, seems like more and more people are coming forward, they have to be throttling this. Once again every member of staff is telling me 'There seems to be no problem' but there evidently is. I'll keep watching this post incase you find a solution for this before mine is resolved!

Re: Slow upload speed

Sorry to hear of the issues that you've been having with your services KN2.

I have been able to locate your account and found that there is high utilisation ticket raised in your area. you might find that your Virgin Fibre, Virgin TV or TiVo® services are intermittent, with the picture freezing or disappearing now and then.

We are planning to undertake some upgrades to support the increased demand for our services in your area. When completed, any slow broadband speeds and buffering on TiVo apps you may be experiencing (particularly at peak times) will be resolved.

The current estimated fix date and time are 24th June at 17:30.

Regards
