Slow upload speed - SW18

I'm currently on M200 and it's been working great so far. I've noticed that my upload speed has dropped to roughly 2 MBs over the weekend. Download also seems to be affected, but less noticeable at 120 Mbps.

I've checked the coax cables and everything is tight. Also tried rebooting the modem (Hub v3 in modem mode) and router.

Have you been advised that we're currently experiencing High Utilisation in your local area?

 

You might find that your Virgin Fibre, Virgin TV or TiVo® services are intermittent, with the picture freezing or disappearing
