Slow upload speed (1mbps) during day for M200.

Hi all,

I'd love some help to understand why I can get 200+ down but under 1 upload during the day (although this climbs to 6 in the evening, and at midnight, 12)

Usual logs attached thanks!  This seems to often very badly effect video calls, causing dropped calls or audio/video artefacts.

Downstream power level are a little high but your main problem seems to be on the upstream - one channel is showing a much lower modulation depth (16 rather than 64) meaning you have some significant noise on the upstream.

You also have partial service logged also indicating a probable issue on the upstream.

This is likely a network issue that needs to be resolved by VM

I have had problems since a few months and Virgin is not doing anything. 

Slow speed. Not 200mb

 

Keeps disconnecting and kids kicked out of their homeworking. 

 

VM is not answering the questions/ queries.
