Slow upload dpeed

Im constantly getting slower uploads speeds than i should. Download is fine , generally 260 +, but my upload speeds are at 3.6 - 9 mbps when i should be looking at 24 - 26 mbps at least. Two questions 1 what is the best way to report this and 2. After reboots and checking cables etc what other things can i do to check?

3-9 mbps? lucky you. My internet was not working half of the weekend and now I have upload under 1mbps all the week. It was huge mistake to sign a contract with Virgin.

Same. After the a day outage a few days ago now we get more problems. I'm on M250 and getting upload speed of less than 1mbps so internet is unreliable.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your upload speed. 

I have taken a look on our side and I cannot see anything report as being an issue. 

Can you confirm if you are still having an issue with this?

And if so, is this on a Wired or Wireless connection?
