Slow upload but fast Download

Dear Virgin Media Support Team,

 I'm experiencing significantly slow upload speeds with my Virgin Media internet connection. Uploading files, video conferencing, and other activities that rely on a stable and fast upload speed are severely affected. I kindly request Virgin Media's assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thanks for your post and sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your broadband speeds and connection!

Can you confirm if this speed test was complete on a wired or a WiFi connection?

I've taken a look at our systems and I cannot see any local issues that would be impacting your services. However, I have noticed some issues with your downstream power levels which could be causing problems with your speeds and connection. In order to have this investigated further, we'd need to arrange for a technician appointment to investigate further.

0.19Mb/s on the upstream so looks like a local service issues, does it affect the people next door too ?
