Slow, unreliable M350 connection

Connection has been awful for a couple of weeks now. Up and down, slow speeds (currently testing at a whopping 15mbps down). I'm not paying £50pm for this. Please advise.

Are you testing on a Gb enabled device connected directly to the Hub by Cat5e/6 ethernet cable?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

What device are you Speedtesting with?
