Hello, I'm suddenly experiencing very low speeds, being unable to reach 100Mbps despite being on the M600 plan. For a year or so my speeds have been higher – somewhere between 300 and 500Mbps – though have never managed to get anywhere near 600.
Would it be possible for a moderator to check on my account? Please let me know if you need any other details. Thank you!

Thank you for the tips! After a factory reset and a few reboots it seems things have gone back to how they were.
