Slow speeds sinve moving house

Hi 

Since moving my speed has dropped drastically. I cant get above 80 Mbps and should be alot better(350 Mbps) No one  answers calls or responds to messages. HELP?

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ . Don't log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs?

Your upstream power levels (Power (dBmV)) are too low.

This will required an engineer visit to investigate further.

You can either wait for a VM staff member to contact you, or text 07533 051809 (Personally I'd wait for someone to respond on here as at least they will understand what you mean by low power levels on upstream!).
