Slow speeds on M350

Hi,

I appear to be getting slow speeds on the M350 package, not sure if it's since all the bad weather but I  get around 120 - 140mbps download and around 2 - 4 mbps upload (Wired)...  I've tested turning off the hub 3 and leaving it for a few minutes then turning it back on. I use the hub in modem mode with a Netgear R9000 router , I've tested going straight into the hub3 with a cat6 cable from my pc to the hub3 and unplugged the router etc but still get the same speed issues.

Upstream power levels are too high, downstream error levels are dreadful, and the Network log confirms you're getting a diabolical connection.  Nothing you can do about this other than check that the cable connections to the hub are finger tight (good practice, not yet seen a problem solved by this!) but if you hold on here the helpful UK based forum staff will advise if there's an area fault (with a fault number and resolution date).  If there isn't an area fault they will need to arrange a technician to visit and fix this.

You could try phoning it in, but the offshore call centre has a well deserved reputation for its poor service, and of late that seems to be getting even worse.

Thanks for the Info Andruser , tightened up the connections as advised as much as possible both ends and rebooted the hub again but still the same issue and power readings in the router status logs.

I'll contact Virgin tomorrow if no one responds from the Forum team.
