Slow speeds cannot get help ๐Ÿ˜”

I've increased my 100mbp package to 200mbp as I need stable WiFi for Microsoft Teams work at home. I was told if I experience less than 100mbp to contact Virgin again. Can anyone help me with HOW to get this help? I got through tonight and was cut off. I've boosted the hub via the app etc and still I only get 40mbp. Can anyone advise? I'm going round and round in circles trying to get some human service here!

The only way to get through last week was to use the 'I'm leaving' phone option but that's not worked tonight. HELP!!

Increased speed doesn't mean increased stability, sometimes it can make it worse!

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).

Could you please create a BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) here, and post the live link?
