Slow speeds and wifi dropping out - Netlog link provided

Hi,

Got 350MBps package but getting around 50! Wi-fi also drops out temporarily and green 'internet light' arrows / green wifi lights come on when that occurs.

Had some issues with slow speeds a few months ago and VM engineer came out then; he fitted an attenuator and it was great after that...until last week.

Up/down and netlog info link here:   https://1drv.ms/w/s!Apzr3UqeEHk0gaJ5pcyZYFSc3xYTlQ?e=frL21z

Would really appreciate if anyone could decipher and perhaps identify the issue.

Thanks!

Re: Slow speeds and wifi dropping out - Netlog link provided

Good Morning

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forum.

Have you tried running a hardwired speed test? Also if you can try running the hardwired speedtest on a CAT6 ethernet cable this will make a difference.

Thanks

Christy

Re: Slow speeds and wifi dropping out - Netlog link provided

Hi Christy_D,

Unfortunately, the tenant who provided the netlog no longer has a PC. However, something has changed significantly as he was getting around 100MBps on the 2.4GHz network on his phone until last week and now seems to vary between 15-50. Could say it was his device if it wasn't for the wi-fi dropping out intermittently and the green lights coming on.

The 'No Ranging Response' on the netlog seems like some issue with the actual signal??
