I have the M100 Fibre Broadband service but downloads are slow and stream is of poor quality or require buffering.
In addition I find that I'm connected to the router but have no internet.
I ran a speed test this morning with the following results:

Any help would be appricaited as I can't find a way to contact Virgin Media without phoning which given my previous experience I'm reluctant to do.
