Hi I’m wondering if anyone can help me. I bought the M200 package and the connection was great in all room but the one at the opposite side of my flat. I ordered a booster to try and solve this and it did for a couple of weeks but now the WiFi is good in all room bar mine (two rooms from the router) and I have been experiencing WiFi speeds of 2 to 25 MBPS for the last week. After contacting Virgin, the man told me to factory reset the hub, which I’ve done. I also reset the booster but after trying to reconnect them there is a orange triangle on the app which I can’t click, and WiFi speeds are poor still. Sorry for the long post, I would much appreciate if someone could help me. Thanks.
