Slow speeds and Booster issues

Hi I’m wondering if anyone can help me. I bought the M200 package and the connection was great in all room but the one at the opposite side of my flat. 
I ordered a booster to try and solve this and it did for a couple of weeks but now the WiFi is good in all room bar mine (two rooms from the router) and I have been experiencing WiFi speeds of 2 to 25 MBPS for the last week. 
After contacting Virgin, the man told me to factory reset the hub, which I’ve done. I also reset the booster but after trying to reconnect them there is a orange triangle on the app which I can’t click, and WiFi speeds are poor still.
Sorry for the long post, I would much appreciate if someone could help me. Thanks.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Really sorry for the slow speeds and the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

I've had a look at the back end of things from here and can see a few errors so can you do the following:

Make sure the hub is in the upright position


Make sure the hub is in an open space and isn't over heating 

Then please reboot the hub and let me know when this has been done 

If the errors don't clear I can go ahead and book a tech visit.
