Signed up for 100 package and got 100 on first day. Since then it is between 3-12 most days which is a real problem and not what I’m paying for. Cuts out loads. Have followed all instructions on self service. Cannot get in contact on phone (pot luck with options then cut off after 45 mins). Text message service is non existent as they don’t reply. What speeds do you get at >> speedtest.net << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E or better cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
