I’ve been having issue for weeks with horrendously slow internet and at time none at all. Often won’t even run kids YouTube videos it’s that bad! I pay for the super fast 200 meg package and on average get less than 20 meg
Please help, I’ve tried everything. I’ve set up the think broadband quality monitoring etc but it says the images are too big to post on here. Think Broadband monitoring says my average download speed is 9.7meg
It’s been like this for about 8/10 weeks. Can someone please help?!
Post the BQM as links, not images. Click on the chart you want to share on Thinkbroadband, and under it it will say "share snapshot chart" or similar. Click on that, then just cut and paste the link for large chart. Even if that link isn't clickable on the VM forum, we'll be able to navigate back to your BQM.
You may want o share your hub's status for the Downstream, Upstream and Network logs. Paste these in a reply here as text and the forum software will hiccup and then edit out any personal data like IP or MAC addresses (you sometimes need to press "Post" twice).
