Slow speed

I am getting 4Mb/s download. I have reset the HUB but no change and the HUB is only 3 months old.  This has been happening on and off for a few days. The WiFi often drops out completely. The service status says Good and the HUB tested passed with no problems.

im have same issues last few week if you get an answer please can you pass it on im in area 4 if the same ?
