Slow speed

Why the am I paying for fast Internet when most of the days I can barely load a YT clip, let alone play a game? And you're increasing your prices for this? When one day it works at an acceptable speed, another day it takes 10 min to load a page and on other days I can't even connect? Or I get randomly disconnected? An IC that's supposed to hold up to 10 devices easily and it cannot even handle 2 laptops and 2  phones? And I still have to pay for this? You ain't gonna see a penny from me till it starts working properly and constantly

I am very sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with your speed. 

 

In order for us to investigate this matter further can you please confirm the following for me?

 

What speed are you subscribed to and which Hub do you have with us?

Is the speed impacted on both wired and wireless connections?

Is the speed issue impacting all of your devices or any in particular?

  • I got the M350 package with the 362mbps (never seen it) with the hub3 router.
  • The issue is with the wireless connection (nobody really used the wired one anymore) 
  • All devices 
  • And it started a few weeks ago... As soon as I stopped being a new customer and you guys increased the price... Paying more for worse Internet
