Slow speed on Hub4

We’re getting lousy speeds on our Gig1 service.

We’ve rebooted and reset a number of times but still no improvement.

Virgin help told me to run a BQM for a few days and I have done. No idea what this actual shows me over and a over the speed tests that still show nothing like the service I’m paying for.

Any ideas?

Post your BQM here and also can you run the internal test on the hub 4 can be done at https://samknows.com/realspeed/

Are you running with a wired or a wireless speed test as wireless speed tests can be dependent on many factors.

You need to do a wired speedtest.

What are the SamKnows results - the image isn't approved so not visible

Hello

Many thanks for that so from looking at these you are getting the full 1Gbps to the hub, how are you doing the other speedtests is this wired or wireless, wireless can give varying results depending on the device and also dependent on interference on the wireless channel. Have you tried doing a speedtest connected directly to the hub using a minimum of Cat 5e cable.
