Slow speed issue

Hi 

From few day experience slow speed issue BS14 0SH, I have found damage virgin media box out no 19 robinia walk bs140sh, some kids was massing with it and now all wires are expose to public.

kindly sent someone to fix it

I have flagged for VM to take a look - but also worth calling it in asap.

The number (automated) for reporting street box problems is 0330 333 0444

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
