I've been have the same issue for 2 months. Engineer came yesterday and fitted a new hub3 and fitted new connections. Its still the same. Alot of people having the same issues. Help line is a waste of time too. Hope you get sorted. I'm just about to call help line again and see what rubbish they tell me this time. It will be reboot your router again, I'm sick of reboots, it must the 100th time in a moth and it still does not fix anything, it just gets you of the phone from them.
Even enlarging those images they aren't legible because of the low resolution.
Try again, but this time select and copy the contents of the tabs you want to share, and then paste them in replies here as formatted text. That'll not need the moderators to review the image, and the forum software will strip out any personal data like IP or MAC addresses.
