Slow speed after Engineers visit

An engineer has been around to solve issues with another connection in the flats I live in. Whist doing this he fiddled about with my connection and ever since I've had really slow internet speeds. I'm supposed to be on 200Mb but I'm currently getting less than 10Mb

You're quite right, the technician's beggared it all up a treat.  Unless there's a known area fault this will require a further visit.  I've flagged this for staff attention, they'll be able to advise and get a visit booked if needed.

Thanks for those details

Just wanted to make sure we got the correct address 

I have booked the first engineer appointment we have available
You can check and reschedule this appointment through your online account if you need to
You can also cancel it if the fault has gone 
Can you please let me know how the visit goes
