But download is only 55Mb, upload 9MB, ping 20ms

In the first instance try a different ethernet cable.
Ethernet cable replaced
Now download 100Mb, but upload just 4-5Mb.
Internet - HUB3 - CAT5E 1m - Router Archer C5 - CAT5E 10m - PC
And I suppose HUB3 errors aren't related to my ethernet cables.
What speed do you get without the Archer C5 in the system ?
PC direct to HUB 3 gives upload 6-7Mb, with Archer 5-7Mb
Uploads test speeds are not consistent with both configs.
Download tests speeds are more stable
Another interesting to point out:
disconnected cable form HUB3 and connected to PC. PC couldn't get DHCP IP address. Had to restart HUB3. Then got IP.
Then got cable back to Archer. And again Archer couldn't get IP adress.
Archer log showed:
After again restarted HUB3, then Arched got IP address
Looking at your BQM there are WAN side problems.
You can either call in your problem (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.
If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.
I'll wait week here as I suppose explaining over the phone is mission imlossible
