Slow slow slow

Am keen to know if other people in the Twickenham area are experiencing the super slow speeds from the last month ...

The broadband is consistently sub 20MB/s on the largest apparent package .. so so so frustrating.

I'm currently getting 28Mb/s on my 100Mb/s service and for at least the last 2 weeks its been varying from 17Mb/s to 57Mb/s and every time I ask for a check they say nothing wrong!  I've done all the usual hard/soft reset the hub and run it in modem mode, all with a wired connection.  It seems all they ever suggest is it's your wi-fi fault.  Thinking of changing ISP.

Can we ask how you are connected to the broadband to run the speed tests 

If its WiFi can you please try a wired test

I have been doing many wired tests over a period of weeks and am getting such poor results.

Is there anything that can be done as I seem to get nowhere near the speed I pay for.
