I currently have the Hub 3 and pay for the M350 but only ever get speeds of 150 -160 thats in the same room as the hub the rest of the house is about 60 and 92. Cannot get technical help due to coronavirus can anyone help me. The hub in not behind a tv its at the side with nothing in front of it. I am fed up so any help will be appreciated
Can we please confirm if you're using the ethernet that came with your Hub to connect your device to the Hub for the wired speed test?
If so and this is still receiving low speeds can you please copy and paste your Hub network logs from the Hub settings? You can find the information to log into this on the base of your Hub. Please just ensure any IP addresses and MAC addresses are removed from this before posting to the forum.
