I know there is upgrade work scheduled in my area due to increased demand, but I am on the 100mbps package and today I have been struggling to get 4mbps. Right now at nearly midnight I am getting only 1.64mbps download.
The upgrade is not due for 2 weeks, yet the speed is getting slower and slower. Is there anything else that I (or anyone at your end) can be try to improve the speed even slightly?
historically, I have always been getting far in excess of 65mbps and often exactly 100mbps. This slowdown is quite unusual and frustrating.
