Slow internet speed with TPLINK

Hi all to reading this and hope you are doing well,
i got virgin medias gigabit package with tv channels and whatnot after leaving sky, however my computer doesn't have good wifi connection or sometimes doesn't even find the network in my house so ive always used tplinks, and have the download speed i'm meant to get, however with virgin media im getting nowhere close to what im getting, my ps5 gets 800 ish mbps but my pc gets 10, even with a tplink. The tplink is max 600 mbps, im getting a gigabit one but i should still be getting above 10 mbps, with sky i had about 60 ish.

ive tried different devices using with 3 different tplink adapters and cables all the same outcome.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
thanks

Ditch your TP links and upgrade to a mesh system or try the virgin wifi pods

Don't waste your money on another tplink. It's unlikely to be any better.

As advised, but a mesh WiFi system which will give you much better connections

My name is not Alessandro. That is just a tag Virginmedia foisted on me.

Being 1Gb Tier, they may get up to 3 Pods for free and that should be worth a try before buying a Mesh system?

The  "tplink is max 600 mbps" is this a TP-LINK AV600 powerline adaptor ?
As you already have these devices using them is no cost option.

If they worked at 60Mb/s before they should again.   ( ours work at 60 - 70 ok for office work on a PC & Netflix )

The speed at 10Mb/s is curious, when the devices are connected login to the VM Hub and see if it is connected at 100Mb/s or 10Mb/s.
do the same at the computer - check the computer is connected at 100 & not 10.  If the speed is 10 check the cables are ok.

For your PC the tpPLC_ Utility allows you to see how well the units have linked up :
