Slow internet speed since outage

Hi


We had an outage in Coventry CV5 at 11:50am tomorrow, service was partially returned at 1:30am at around 2mbits downstream. Its raised to around 10MB at lunchtime. I got an email at 4pm saying everything had been resolved.

 

Im only getting 30mbit downstream, and 6mbit up on the 100mbit package, can always usually burst to 100Mbit. Still getting intermittent ping loss/contention

Do a pinhole reset. If its a Hub3 - with it switched on as normal disconnect any ethernet cables and hold it in for 60 seconds then release, leave it for 10' after to settle and reconnect the ethernets.
