The problem was first discovered last night. I have tried reset, turn off/on both my router and Virgin Media hub numerous times, and the speed still only at around 250 Mbps download. I do get slow down every few months of using Virgin Media internet then I have to call support to help solve the slow down issue. What is the cause of this issue? And why does it keep happening?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Khoa
