My internet for the last few weeks has been ridiculously slow and intermittent, often resulting in loosing connection altogether. We pay for 200mb and are often getting less than 3mb!
I spoke to somebody a couple of weeks ago who indicated that there maybe a capacity issue in the area but when I’m paying for 200mb and getting less than 3mb and nothings been done for weeks, then this is now getting to be very frustrating.
Working from home and home schooling children means that internet speed and overall connection is an absolute necessity.
Is anybody able to help / advise please? Thank you
