It might be congestion (over-utilisation in VM speak). Head over to Thinkbroadband, and setup aBQM. Let it run for 24 hours, then post alinktosharedgraph, and then we can see what you're up against, as over-utilisation usually has a very clear fingerprint, but there can be other causes of slow speeds.

Thanks for popping back to this thread last week - sorry that you've been having some speed issues recently.
I have located your account from here and have gone through a few basic checks. We currently have no known area issues for any broadband issues and no errors showing on your account. It's been around 10 days since your last reboot.
The signal levels are where we would expect them to be and nothing showing of any concern in the background either. I can see that you're currently in modem mode; are you having the same speed issues in router mode with a wired connection?
Hi Katie, my speeds have improved slightly, but at peak times (evening) it's still very slow, around 100mbps download although it varies. At non peak times the speed is fine. Due to this it's unlikely to be related to modem mode.
These are my TBB graphs for Saturday and Sunday:
Sunday seems to be particularly bad, and just looking at most days, mostly between 6-11pm (and especially between 8-9pm) it's very messy, which is basically peak time.
Hope this can be resolved, I've pretty much always had great speeds in the past so it's a bit puzzling. I really want to upgrade to Gig1 when it comes here too but if I can't even get my 350 then not much point 😕 thanks for your help.
