When i first got the new super hub 4 I was getting close to 100 mbs download on my laptop in my office area. Had and still have problems automatically connecting to the wifi (even though teh box connect automatically is tipped). A mod on here replied saying that the hub needed to download an update or software... if you could please do that, that would be great. Never had problems with the previous router.
On the current issue... It has slowed right down to below 10 mbs, often from 4pm onwards. If i go into the room where the router is i get 40 to 90 mbs on different laptops when at other times of the day i get 90-100. I have noticed these issue since i signed up for an 18 month contract... coincidence? Not impressed. Especially as Teams with video on or youtube just grinds to a halt and is really laggy.
So nothing has changed other than signing a contract to go from working really well to frustratingly poorly. Please help.
