Slow download speed - Critical error


Had the router swapped out yesterday by the VM engineer and our speed topped 100mbs 🙂

This morning +- 10Mbs - upload was faster that download test several times.

This error on the router

Tried for 2hrs to get VM to do anything - so raised a formal complaint. Whenever you call they want you to disembowel your network and reboot the router - That's fine for initial testing, but when you had the router replaced and errors on the VM side of the fence it simply needs to be progressed to the techy team.

BTW - upload speed has always been a solid 10mb - always
