Slow download, good upload speeds M350

Noticeable slow download speed again this week. limits around 19-50mbps on m350. Is this a physical fault or just bad luck? Seems symptomatic that I'm approaching the end of my contract...

I have had a look at the up and downstream from here and we will need to get a Service Technician out

In the last hour it seems to have gone back to advertised speeds, approx 340/350mbps. Weird stuff.

U/S looks broken to me! - Power is too high which could be causing all of these issues!

Engineer visit and replacement hub did the job. Full speed now
