Slow download and very slow upload. M100

Hi. I have a M100 broadband, and from 3 days i have very slow connection on Ethernet and Wifi is the same. I'm working from home and it's very important for me.

Test speed show:

Download: 12-16 Mbps

Upload: 0.5-0.7 Mbps

I checked router status, service status and restarted hub. Is still same slow connection.

Your Downstream Power Levels are too low and will require an engineer visit to fix.

You can contact VM to report the problem using ...

0345 454 1111 from any other UK  phone.

The best time to call is weekdays 08:00 to get a UK agent, anything after 10:00 you must realise that you are quite likely to get through to an offshore agent that doesn't speak English as a first language.

Or you can wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.
