Looking at your downstream stats straight away can see that there is a huge amount of post RS errors, this can be caused by noise on the line, for a quick check go around and check that all coaxial connections to the VM equipment are finger tight, once that has been done turn off the hub for 30 seconds and then back on.
Can you also click on top of this page where it says "Check Service Status" in case there is a local issue, or call 0800 561 0061
If that doesn't resolve the issue then wither call in on 150 or wait for a forum member picks up the post.
