Given up hope of contacting customer services! Maybe if I don’t pay them, I might have more luck talking to someone! We had an issue in Hinckley area a couple of weeks ago, we lost connection for an hour or so. Now download speed is never above 200mbps (ok, I know that’s not bad), but it’s very jittery and inconsistent. If I pay the landlord for a pint, I expect a pint, not half...you know what I’m saying! I’m only writing this in the vain hope someone at Virgin reads it, but if anyone wants to share their woes here...feel free!
