It appears this is the modern way to contact Virgin for flagging up technical issues.
Slow download 4-10mb, very slow upload <0.1mb, started mid week. Before that never bothered checking speed, seemed to work just fine.
I have rebooted the and reset the modem, i am connected via cable to the modem.
Kind of hard to work from home if i cannot send email with attachment.. gone are the days you could leave it running overnight on dialup and it will eventually work. These days Outlook gives up if it cannot get it done quickly..
Good point. I notice the Post RS was 0 before i fiddled with the Coax so may have been incrementing while i was fiddling with the coax box or closing the box up. I have reset them and will monitor them.
