Slow connection

Hi, 

Im a frequent gamer and my console is located in my attic, I live in a 3 story house. Now my Hub is located in my living room which is on the ground floor. When I am online I have a very slow connection and I’m just wondering how do I go about getting a new booster? 
I’m getting fed up of all the lagging that occurs due to poor connection.

Are you connected via ethernet or WiFi?

Wifi can be affected by myriad things which are totally out of VM's control All it takes is next door's router to be broadcasting on the same channel as your hub and be closer to your device and bye bye stability!
